We take great care in packaging and shipping your electronics to ensure they arrive safely. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
1. Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed slightly.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
- Express Shipping: 2–3 business days
- Ontario Delivery: Same-day / Next-day (select areas)
Shipping charges are calculated and shown at checkout.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order is shipped.
The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
4. Secure Packaging & Insurance

- ✔ Signature required for mobile deliveries
5. Damages & Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, please keep all packaging materials and contact us immediately.
Important: Record a video while unboxing your package. This helps us resolve claims faster.
6. International Shipping
We currently ship only within Canada.
No shipping to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
