To be eligible, your item must be:

- In original manufacturer packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
2. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
- Activated or powered-on devices
- Broken seals or opened packaging
- Missing accessories (cables, manuals, etc.)
3. Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is damaged or defective, contact us immediately.
Important: Record an unboxing video. This helps us quickly verify and resolve claims.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding approval.
